About the F-4EJ Kai ¡ÈPhantom II¡É

The American F-4 Phantom II is a masterpiece jet fighter that continues to service with many countries even in the 2000s since it first entered service in 1960. The Japan Air Self Defense Force (JASDF) also adopted F-4E and modified to F-4EJ. From 1982, the F-4EJ was upgraded in a modernization program such as changing the electronic equipment to improve the combat capability, reinforcing the airframe to extend its service life, and was designated as F-4EJ KAI. It had been protecting the Japan sky for almost half a century.
