YUKIKAZE is a Japanese original video animation. Based on a popular science fiction novel by Chohei Kambayashi since 1984, the animation series is one of the top hit original video animation in Japan. The animation series is notable for its air combat scenes, which were created with the help of the Japan Air Self-Defense Force.
In the YUKIKAZE, FFR-31 MR/D SUPER SYLPH is a fictional tactical reconnaissance aircraft.
