About the Aircraft

The Eurofighter Typhoon is the fourth-generation fighter developed by Eurofighter and entered operational service in 2003 and is now in service in countries such as the United Kingdom and Germany. It features a delta wing design with canards next to the cockpit and is fitted with two Eurojet EJ200 turbofan engines. The fixed armament is the Mauser BK-27 cannon. In addition, it has 13 weapon loading stations and can be equipped with various missiles and drop tanks. In September 2022, the aircraft flew to Japan for a joint training exercise with JASDF. A special commemorative painted aircraft was also included and attracted attention.
